It’s a quaint joint located smack-dab in the middle of a scenic forest, run by a fuzzy (but sincere!) ursine proprietor named Hank. Inside, you’ll find all the amenities you’d expect – hot food, a cozy bed, hidden secrets and, of course, some unforgettable synthy soundscapes.
A weekend holiday is great, but if you’d rather save your PTO, we’ve got the next best thing right here. Say hello to the Bear and Breakfast 2xLP Vinyl Soundtrack! iam8bit is excited to team up with our friends at Armor Games Studios and Gummy Cat Studios to bring you two high-quality, 180g black vinyl discs that are sure to send you on the polyphonic vacation of your dreams.
Composer Andrew Landry’s delightfully surprising soundtrack evokes both the game’s playful sense of whimsy and its propensity for unexpected secrets. On disc one: A set of relaxing day-themed tracks, perfect for kicking back or for jumping into a synth-powered trance of productivity. On disc two: Things get decidedly spookier, with a set of funky-but-frightening song selections from the game’s nighttime soundtrack.
And of course, it wouldn’t be an iam8bit release without spectacular art. Artist cobcris provides a stunning, two-sided album concept; one side day, one side night, reflecting the two discs waiting for you just inside the jacket. Open up, and you’re greeted by the gorgeous interior art from Jacqueline Li, depicting another hard day’s work from Hank and friends.
Whether you’re off relaxing in the woods or listening at your desk, the music of Bear and Breakfast is sure to transport you to the mind vacation you need every time you spin it up.
